Jersey Express 2011 tryout update
Sunday January 16th at NJIT indoor courts
The Jersey Express USL-PDL tryouts for the 2011 will take place on Sunday January 16th from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at NJIT indoor Courts.
Tryouts for Saturday are cancelled due to field conditions, Sunday tryouts will be indoors, all players participating must bring proper equipment for indoor play, the tryouts are limited to 50 players on first come first serve basis, The Express received overwhelming amount of applications on-line, and we urge all players to come early to reserve a spot for trial.

The PDL is the top league in North America for the development of players with professional aspirations. The Express compete for the national championship as well as in the U.S. Open Cup, and have sent several players on to MLS and Europe.
The Express entered the PDL having enjoyed a great deal of success in the 2010 Season. The team plays its home games at Lubetkin Field on the campus of the New Jersey Institute of Technology, where they have played since 2008.
For the last few years, the Express’ 26-man roster has participated in 10-day trips to Portugal and Russia, competing against teams from two nations in the presence of international agents and scouts One of the Mission of National Soccer Academy/ Jersey Express Soccer Program is to Expose our Talented players to the European Markets and Show case our Talented players around the Globe.
Tryouts will be limited to 50 participants per session and will be filled on a first-come first-served basis. The fee to attend tryouts is $25 Express coaching staff and professional coaches from other teams will be assessing players attending the tryouts. Players must register online by Jan. 15th 2011 in order to attend tryouts. Forms are available on team website at www.ironboundsoccer.org.
